They also offer micropayment upgrade to your merchant account and Corporate upgrades, the former with  a $15 application fee and the later with a $50 application fee.

Solid Trust Pay (STP) Funding and Withdrawal Options(Applies for both account types)

Funding Methods:  Debit and credit cards,  Bank  account (direct bank deposit, ACH, EFT, Bank wires and instant real-time bank transfers), via trusted e-currency exchangers like xchanger.org.

Withdrawal Methods:  Checks, cards, bank transfers and e-currency exchangers.

Solid Trust Pay Cons

  • You are provided with limited options if you operate an unverified account
  • Countries like Afghanistan, Belarus , Burma , Chad , Cote d’Ivoire,  Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo , Equatorial Guinea ,Haiti, Iran , Iraq , Lebanon , Liberia , North Korea,  Rwanda , Sudan, Syria and Zimbabwe are all in the ban list and are not allowed to operate a SolidTrust Pay account.  Other countries like Bangladesh, Egypt , Pakistan , Philippines and Romania are not allowed to fund via credit and debit cards.
  • Relatively high fees on business accounts
  • You can’t use STP  e-currency exchange providers without being either standard verified or bank verified

How to use your STP account

First, register for either a personal or business account. Then, fund your account with any of the accepted payment methods. You can then use your account to buy products/services online or transfer funds to other STP members.

Ensure to enable security settings for your Soild Trust Pay account to avoid theft. Get a Trust Card and enjoy your account to the fullest.

If you are planning to use e-currency exchangers providers to fund your account, make sure the exchanger is in the list of trusted e-currency exchangers.  I suggest you use xchanger.org, they are the best e-currency exchangers that’s been reliable for many years.

E-currency exchangers can help you exchange your funds from one digital currency provider to another. For instance, if you have funds in either your Paypal, Egopay, Perfect Money, Bitcoin, OkPay, PexPay, Payza, MtGox accounts e.t.c, you can use xchanger.org to convert them to Solid Trust Pay funds. The reversal is also possible.

    1. I think that’s a general problem for everyone trying to open a new Solid Trust Pay account. The fault is on STP’s side and am sure it will be resolved soon. Meanwhile, if you need a quick solution to your problem, you can contact them at stpay.info

    I am trying to purchase a on line product in US dollars but solid trust says i do not have enough funds in my account while bank account which connected with solid trust account has enough funds though my account is in the UK and the currency here is in pounds not in dollars.I am thinking that could be the reason .

    Can any body help please .

  4. Do you know what is happening with SolidTrust Pay? I asked for withdrawal of my monies (about $3,000) and they have been having ACH “problems” for about 20 days! In addition they are not receiving payments since this past Sunday. It is very scary!!!

    I understand that there is a Canadian agency called CAFC (Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre that could help on this matter. I would hate to have to resort to that, but is my money. And after Payza (formerly known as AlertPay) took my $4,900 when they had some issues about three years ago, this situation with STP looks scary, very scary!

    I implemented the SolidTrustPay gateway system to clients website. I got the API errors like this “Payments to this merchant are not available at this time.
    Please contact the merchant to advise that your payment was not able to be processed. ” . Why shows this error, please give some help to handle this error.

  6. I have an STP account but the bank withdraw is 40usd to me it is very high,is there any cost effective way to withdraw funds in STP,i tried to apply for their card the said the funds was not sufficient(i had 33 usd at time),help please,i am from mexico
