    I am trying to purchase a on line product in US dollars but solid trust says i do not have enough funds in my account while bank account which connected with solid trust account has enough funds though my account is in the UK and the currency here is in pounds not in dollars.I am thinking that could be the reason .

  5. Do you know what is happening with SolidTrust Pay? I asked for withdrawal of my monies (about $3,000) and they have been having ACH “problems” for about 20 days! In addition they are not receiving payments since this past Sunday. It is very scary!!!

    I understand that there is a Canadian agency called CAFC (Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre that could help on this matter. I would hate to have to resort to that, but is my money. And after Payza (formerly known as AlertPay) took my $4,900 when they had some issues about three years ago, this situation with STP looks scary, very scary!

    I implemented the SolidTrustPay gateway system to clients website. I got the API errors like this “Payments to this merchant are not available at this time.
    Please contact the merchant to advise that your payment was not able to be processed. ” . Why shows this error, please give some help to handle this error.

  7. I have an STP account but the bank withdraw is 40usd to me it is very high,is there any cost effective way to withdraw funds in STP,i tried to apply for their card the said the funds was not sufficient(i had 33 usd at time),help please,i am from mexico
