Valuedawn.com Review: Is Value Dawn a Scam?

Value Dawn is an interesting scam promising 5% daily returns for at least 31 days (the investment duration of the plan with an option to reinvest. The program is advertising fixed interest and daily withdrawals, which is the thing that all greedy investors want to hear. Value Dawn PTY LTD claims that they are a venture capital fund which is involved in investing in venture companies in their early stages. They claim to have experienced investment managers who will manage funds on behalf of their clients.

Looking at the domain valuedawn.com, we realize that it was created in December 2018 and yet the site claims that they were established back in 2010 and have funded many venture companies since then and that total turn over exceeded $1.3 bln by 2015. They also claim that the fund team has invested in various sectors of the economy, including retail, IT and high-tech, telecommunications, green technology, real estate, and other markets.

It is alleged that Value Dawn PTY LTD created a management company in 2016 that will manage the venture fund for investing in online businesses. They claim that they have been able to successfully invest in a number of areas which include (including e-commerce and other online services), cloud services, software, mobile technologies, payment systems, online games, and social media. They also claim that Value Dawn strives to apply the most advanced technologies in production and management, keeping up with the times and progress. All projects of the company undergo a multistage quality audit at all stages of implementation.

Value Dawn

The site even has a performance page where they show us how they have managed to generate monthly returns for their users since 2015. This is hard to believe because for one, this site was created in December 2018 and it is not even 6 months old yet. The big question would be where they are getting this information from. It is clear that Value Dawn was not available for investing in 2015. So we definitely can’t believe this information. Therefore, to cut the long story short, this investment venture is not legit and it is neither worth your money nor time. Value Dawn review

So the first thing that we see here is that Valued Dawn is claiming to be based in Australia. We will research and present you with details pertaining to this company and their location. The company in question is allegedly very successful in its investment activities and will deliver 5% daily returns to anyone who decided to participate by making a deposit. Such offers are never legit and as you can see, by the time you finish reading this review you will have many questions than answers. That is because the company in question is a scam and there is no real investment happening behind the website.

Now, this is one of those scams you will know as soon as you have seen the numbers. 5% daily returns is equal to 150% monthly returns. This simply means that you will be recovering your deposit and adding an extra 50% to it by the time the month is coming to an end. You have to realize that these numbers are highly unrealistic for a ventur capital fund. The most legit venture capital funds which are regulated in Australia cannot deliver this much, plus they ask for a bigger deposit as opposed to a few Bitcoins. By the way, one of the characteristics of a shady investment fund is that they always ask for a very small amount of money and promise to triple it in no time. We believe that if these people were legit, they would have made themselves millionaires including those who have invested in their business.

They claim to have attracted over 3 k investors who have put in $11,000,000. This is not the truth because when we investigate the source of traffic for this site, it appears to be fake. You just have to consider the fact that this domain is very new, and secondly, it has no backlinks or trust from search engines. In this case, the website should not be getting crazy traffic unless they are paying for some useless traffic or bots to give the impression that their site is popular. Either way, anyone who spends their money in this so called investment venture is risking a lot.

A fake company that is not licensed

We have confirmed with the business registry in Australia and discovered that this website is not registered there as a company. Therefore, they are obviously lying that this is a company. And you also have to remember that this is an unregulated business entity because they are soliciting funds from members of the public but not obtaining a regulator’s license in order to legally invest the funds. So this is an illegal business as well. You don’t have to wonder why they are sounding so awkward in their promotional material.

Our best advice for you

If you want to be sure that this is a scam, the first thing you should demand to see is their past performance. We wonder what performance they can produce now that they are new to this industry. The lies which they have published on their website shouldn’t be believed. If you want to invest, the best approach to take is to find a decent tool for trading. That way, you stand a better chance of making reasonable returns.

  1. Thank you for this review. Just FYI, companies “fully registered” (as VD says it is) in Australia, WILL have an Australian Business Number (ABN) on display, and you only need the business name to look up the ABN at https://abr.business.gov.au
    There is nothing for VD.
    Cheers.
