I have the same experience with Topinvestus. They ask before withdraw money to pay the comission and tax (which is not normal to pay to the broker) and than they will submit immediately the whole amount.
I did a trial of small money to withdraw and works through a wallet.
But for higher amounts they said is there rule to do like this way.
I do not want to pay more if there is sufficient money on the account.
