A VPS service provider BeeksFX (Beeksfincialcloud.com) review, is out after a few complaints here and there. Although the platform looks professional, we were shocked to get some complaints. On further scrutiny, we did find out the root course, lack of an exact communication network. Up until recently, the platform did not have chat support or email address. Anyone with issues had to solve them on their own. It doesn’t seem professional to lack a communication channel. Read this entire Beeks Financial Cloud review for more.
On their about us page, they claim that the platform started as an IAAS provider. The platform offered their services for low latency financial markets. According to their about us page, the platform was established in 2011. It means that the developer has been in the market for nearly a decade. The history shows that the platform acquired the assets and business of Gallant VPS Inc. In the year 2015, they went ahead and bought another company from Chicago, VDIWare LLC. The vendor now claims to extend their offices from the UK to Austria, Indonesia, Japan, and the US.

BeeksFX tries to sell a professional company that has grown over time. It is true; the VPS provider is a huge company but not enjoying high consumer ratings. As we received several complaints, we also noted a low rating from consumers. The platform has an average of 2 stars to the available ten. It means that the VPS provider has not been received well by the trading community. All fingers point to their high price when it comes to available packages and communication channels.
Gordon McArthur is the Chief Executive Officer while Fraser McDonald is the Chief Financial Officer. A rooster of their executive team is listed on their about us page. What we noticed is that these members are not on any professional forum such as LinkedIn. And it is a surprise as most investors don’t seem to know these gentlemen. Apart from posting images of the leaders, there are no videos of the team. An administration team should be in a group photo to sell their authenticity. For all we know, the developer plans to avoid any blowback by posting random pictures.
BeeksFX is not a licensed entity on any jurisdiction; they have offices. We checked with the FCA and NFA to confirm their license status. None of these regulatory institutions have offered a valid permit to the platform. The disclaimer at the footer of their homepage claims their mother company is incorporated in Scotland. There is a registration number posted, SC521839, which could be a random number. We checked with the Scottish Company register, and no such entity exists.
It is a sign that investors are dealing with an unregulated entity. The problem with such platforms is that there is no security of funds. Such a VPS provider answers to no one, and they can take advantage of users. Once you deposit funds, there is no guarantee there is a money-back feature. In case you decide not to use the platform, the provider won’t give back your funds. And this is why having a tested product is the safer option. Users are not as safe as their funds don’t get insurance cover.
The platform offers two types of cloud services to interested parties. There is a highly dedicated server and VPS services. The Hermes and Titan package goes for $1486 and $1812, respectively. Users get dual 10GB network cards or solarflare with three operating systems options. There is also another pricing module for emerald, ruby, diamond, and platinum packages. All of their pricing is beyond the margin set by other VPS service providers.
After receiving comments from various users, we did confirm that their prices are high. We also noted that they now offer chat support, which is not live. Users have to give their full details and name before leaving their message. The user is expected to wait for a response in the next few days. It is a shame that with today’s advancement in technology, there exist such delays. Even the phone numbers listed on their several locations don’t work. It seems they are ever busy.
The platform offers their VPS services to financial institutions and retail traders. It is worth checking their domain history to see whether the information matches. There are no exact details about when the site went live, which could be a pointer to an enormous problem. And the problem is the number of IP changes done over the past six years. Over the past six years, there have been six notable changes. It means that the vendor could have been using the website to sell other products.
With claims of having over 8,000 machine serviced and 15 data locations, they sound professional. The platform claims to maintain over 1,000 servers at all times actively. There are over 200 cross-connects available on the platform. What they don’t do is host web sites. The vendor claims that their priority is to offer VPS infrastructure solutions. With dedicated tracks all over Europe, the vendor promises unique solutions for brokers and traders. These are the notable features we saw with the platform.
BeeksFX is furnishing users with several packages. We have mentioned a few in the cloud service section. What users don’t know is the Virtual private server pricing. The vendor offers three plans, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. With the Bronze package, users must pay a monthly subscription of $27. Silver package holders must pay a monthly subscription fee of $48. For the Gold standard, there is a monthly subscription fee of $85. Users can use these packages using several MT4 platforms according to the package chosen.
With the platform now having what looks like a live chat tab, users expect direct communication. We sent a message before conducting this investigation. A few days later, we haven’t received any feedback. It seems the only way to get a response is to ask how the signup works. Those who do so get a quick reply within one business day. It is what makes this trading platform a chaotic VPS service provider.
To make deposits with the platform, users use credit/debit cards. One would expect the vendor to have different depository options to cater for all jurisdictions. With debit and credit cards, making any withdrawals or refunds is a problem. No credit or debit card company will quickly refund your money once you decide not to use the platform. It is why we must insist on having a platform that is open to money-back features.
All the servers come with free coverage of 500 MBPS; after this, the traffic is black-holed. Protection for 20 and 30 GBPS is available after paying an additional cost. Such a package is not required for forex trading. Such services are for websites that are likely to get attacked by hackers.
We must insist that the BeeksFX is professional when it comes to their presentation. It has everything you would want from a VPS service provider. The only hurdle is the pricing and the pricing, which is higher than expected. These are the only two drawbacks we can see at this point.
For those who can afford the VPS service, why not go for it. Kindly leave your comments on your experience with Beeks FX.
