Bit Bounty Review: No Bounties, Just an Ordinary Scam

When you receive a bounty, you should be happy. But some bounties are not worth the bite. A good example is the Bit Bounty, a deceptive project whose bite you do not deserve. And the best way to keep a safe distance is to avoid sending any coins to them in the name of purchasing an investment plan.

Bit Bounty Review

The domain Bit-bounty.me is in fact shady and suspicious. Any visitor who lands on the homepage will immediately feel a sense of insecurity because of the manner in which this site is presenting a bogus Cryptocurrency investment opportunity.

Bit Bounty would want its audience to believe that they have broke a sweat and worked hard in creating a long term money-making investment opportunity, yet that is far from the truth.

Now they claim that Bit Bounty is giving an opportunity to earn lots of money in a short duration. Definitely those promises are making us curious. They are too good to be true. No free money can be made. In fact, you cannot make a lot of money in a short period of time except when you’re intending to rob a bank.

bit bounty

This is definitely not Cryptocurrency mining. Bit Bounty claims that they have been involved in the mining of Cryptocurrencies since 2015. Unfortunately, they do not present any evidence to suggest that they own or are leasing mining rigs.

While they claim that this business has been around since 2015, the website suggests that the company is very new to this business. It was registered in December 2017 – according to company records. It is not true that these guys have been operating since 2015.

It does not make any sense to start operation in 2015 and then launch a website 2 years down the line. How exactly was Bit Bounty finding customers? And why did they have to wait all this long to get this entity incorporated?

We need answers to these questions. Unfortunately, scammers will never let us have these answers. So we shall consider the most common scam indicators and use it to decide whether or not Bit Bounty is worth the shot.

Bit Bounty: what they offer

They will allegedly mine Cryptocurrencies for you profitably and safely. The site claims that investors should not worry of the safety of their funds.

How exactly is safety going to be achieved if you’re just sending Bitcoins to an online scammer? It sounds ironical. The element of safety comes in because you are sending Bitcoins from your wallet to the wallet of this site’s admin. That transaction should be conducted safely since it’s impossible to breach security in such a transaction.

Unfortunately, that does not mean your funds will be safe in the hands of hungry hyenas.

The site is currently offering short term investment plans lasting for up to 60 days. The first plan is supposed to give 3.5% in 55 days. The second plan is supposed to offer 3% in 60 days. The third plan offers a ROI of 4% in 50 days. Of course nothing is ridiculous about these return on investments. The percentages are very rational in fact.

Unfortunately, that is not what happens when you use the their profit calculator. That calculator only has 3 options where you can get estimates based on a 3-4% day ROI.

To put it into better perspective, an investment of $100 should make you a profit of $80 per day (if we invest in the first plan).

This is definitely something you should think twice about. If Bit Bounty really mines for huge profits, then why exactly are they asking for your help?

These guys are just ridiculous. If you look at these profit projections, you will notice that this is not mining or trading of altcoin pairs. This is something else. Definitely it can’t be real if it’s too good to be true. The fact that these guys are immensely multiplying your capital in a short time suggests that they are a scam. Let’s discuss the details below.

Bit Bounty ownership details

Ownership details o f this website are not known. A who.is search would reveal that the details of this domain are completely non existent. It is impossible to learn about the owner by just searching for them on the internet.

Since Bit Bounty is claiming that they employ a team of experienced Cryptocurrency experts who are responsible for the ”success” of their operation, it would make sense to believe that these people have no issues with revealing their identities or proving their professional experience working with this company since 2015.

Unfortunately, Bit Bounty won’t reveal any details of their staff members. Probably this team does not exist. The corporate details of this website does not even convince us. The certificate of registration has spelling errors which could suggest that it is not a legitimately registered corporation.

Dubious payment statistics

Bit Bounty website has a section were they show recent ”contributors” and ”last payments”. Of course any website owner can write anything they want their visitors to see. They can come up with random names and assign various amounts of money. They would then claim that these members have made contributions that correspond to their names.

The most important thing to realize is that this data is unverifiable. Nothing can authenticate the numbers you’re seeing here. Dubious statistics is one way to confirm that Bit Bounty is a ponzi scheme.

No proof of mining

The fact that they are referring to their members as ”contributors” means that this is a ponzi scheme and not a Cryptocurrency mining platform. The choice of language used to introduce Bit Bounty suggests that it is a false investments opportunity.

For proof of mining, a true mining platform would show us photos of their mining facilities. Unfortunately, Bit Bounty claims that they have been expanding their mining facility yet they are unable to show us any photo of their mining rigs. This is a little bit shady.

Bit Bounty does not give us their physical location, although they claim that they are based in the UK. We have reasons to believe that the certificate of incorporation is fake. We also don’t think that they can reveal their physical address whatsoever.

What is more, the anonymous nature of this site is making it feel like a scam already. It does not inspire any confidence in us. In fact, if you were to purchase mining contracts from this site, you’d think twice because the plans resemble those of a ponzi scheme than those of a mining contract.

The site does not even tell us which Cryptocurrencies they are mining. Lack of proof would be the biggest downfall and giveaway from this site. If you know the ins and outs of mining Cryptocurrencies, you will immediately sense these red flags. You will begin to doubt the site because clearly the red flags are too bold to ignore.

Our best advice for you

Bit Bounty website is possibly a scam and a ponzi scheme. Their goal is to mislead you by claiming that they are mining Cryptos when the truth is that they are only pooling funds together and then making small payouts from what they’ve collected. We would not wish to ask our readers to invest here because the best CRYPYO operations are known.
