However, it does not work like an exchange in the sense that when you deposit in Bitcoins, you cannot exchange the funds into another supported currency on the platform.

Their offices are located in this address – 1323 Sofia, 28 Javharlal Neru Blvd, Silver Business Center. This is a St. Vincent and the Grenadines address.
However, we were not able to establish if this address really belongs to H.I. Capital Group. The designated address does not tell us whether this is an active service in the stated location.
In addition to this, there is no evidence to suggest that this corporate entity is in existence. Our search queries directed towards this company failed to bore any fruit. This made us suspicious about the said company. If we can’t establish whether or not it’s real, then chances are that someone is cheating us here.
Their contact us page provides the alleged contact details for Professor Fridtjof Nansen. This is a Bulgaria address, which again can’t be verified. These two physical addresses don’t belong to Bitcoin Giants. The only address that is related to their entity is their email address. The rest are just fictitious stories.
The other identifying information is their phone number. We have not called the number yet because we don’t see the need to.
Also, when we conduct a quick check online, it reveals that the owner of Bitcoin Giants didn’t want to reveal their identity. So what did they do? They opted to hide their name so that it cannot be visible on who.is website.
Looking at their trading platform, we can see that this is a mix of Forex and options trading platforms. This means that the traditional Forex setups such as leverage are provided here in addition to derivatives which the broker has integrated to supposedly help investors choose what they want to trade.
Cryptocurrencies that are being traded on this platform are derivatives which are based on Bitcoin Giant’s pricing framework and not real time pricing. What is more, if investors don’t want to trade manually, they can opt for auto trading as this feature is allegedly supported as well.
Like every other brokerage platform, Bitcoin Giants has various account types. There are 4 in total.
