What’s funnier with FirstFX Club is that they don’t have live chat support. You would expect with this day and time; a Forex platform should have live chat support. First FX Club has no such thing. If you have a problem with the platform or need any assistance, you have to send an email. Problem with emails is that they can take over days to get a response.
Another alarming thing we noted was a disclaimer at the bottom of their homepage. Apparently, First Complete Ltd runs and operates FirstFX Club.
