CONSOB, the Italian forex regulator, has already issued a warning regarding Gladiolu Stox. The platform has, over the recent weeks, failed to release withdrawals. And that, by the forex standards, is the definition of a scam. There’s no explanation from gladiolustox.com as to why the blockade is there in the first place. Hundreds of Italian investors and other European investors have lost funds with the store. Here’s what we found out in our detailed GLADIOLU STOX REVIEW.
There’s nothing to write home about when it comes to the platform. Gladiolu Stox claims to have been created by a group of traders. But unfortunately, the platform stops there in its attempt to paint a solid trading platform.
Without any background and history, there’s no way of confirming their reputation. And that’s what the platform is after, to go in the dark and start ripping off investors. So there’s no credibility or transparency inside the platform.
Those engaged with the store failed to withdraw on their first attempt. As a result, the platform is a complete hoax and even takes over your trading activities. There are also harsh trading conditions available on the platform.
Note: Before you invest in any platform, you need to know the best investment options. These options should have the backing of the trading community. That includes the crypto investment options such as coin staking, DeFi, and Masternoding.
Gladiolu Stox fails to offer the best trading platform for a reason. The platform wants to take advantage of naïve investors. It starts with the website, which seems genuine to the naked eye. And that’s the assumption the platform sells to investors.
Most investors and naïve traders jump on these platforms due to the promises available. The platform claims to offer the best trading platform with competitive spreads. Unfortunately, it’s too late to realize that’s not the case once you sign up.
Before you start investing in any platform, experts recommend doing due diligence. First, try and find out what makes a platform tick. That includes checking with others about their experience with the platform. In addition, you can check in with us and request a review.
There are four account types available on Gladiolu Stox platform. These include Standard, Professional, Business, and Business Plus. All these accounts promise great rewards, and each comes with a different set of features.
Here’s a closer look at each of the four accounts;
You have to make the minimum acceptable deposit of $250 to get started with the platform. There are no deposit bonus or Islamic account features with the standard accounts. You also don’t get the quote of acceptable leverage.
Members have to make a minimum deposit of $10,000 to get started with the platform. There’s an account manager assigned to the platform and no quote on leverage and spreads. There’s a 30 percent deposit bonus with this account.
Investors have to deposit $30,000 to start using the business account. You also get an Islamic account option and an account manager assigned. There’s a 50 percent deposit bonus with this account.
It’s the most exclusive account with the platform also targeting institutional clients. There’s a 100 percent deposit bonus with members getting tailored conditions. You have to deposit a minimum of $100,000 to get started.
We noticed that the platform leaves a lot of information away from these accounts. So, for example, there’s no sufficient leverage or spreads with trading assets. And this puts your trading position at risk.
Regulators have moved in to protect investors from such positions. The maximum acceptable leverage in Europe is 1:100. Retail traders in the United States enjoy maximum leverage of 1:50. Experienced traders only use high leverage, though not on major trading assets.
The account also fails to provide a demo account which is another issue. You want to first test the platform’s trading features on a demo account as a trader. The lack of it suggests the platform doesn’t want you to know about the set conditions.
There are five classes of trading instruments available on the platform. These include commodities, crypto, forex, indices, and stocks. You get to trade commodities such as coffee, cotton, and sugar.
The platform also offers crypto trading pairs. There’s no quote on the pairs, but the crypto assets include Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Ripple. Leverage on Crypto assets is usually higher than most trading assets.
Forex trading is at the core of the platform’s trading activities. As a result, you get major and minor currency pairs available on the platform. These include pairs such as EUR/USD, GBP/USD, EUR/GBP, USD/JPY, and others.
Indices available on the platform include DAX, Dow Jones, FTSE, S&P 500, etc. So you get to trade on the world’s biggest market stage. Indices offer day traders a perfect way of ensuring profits from the prices of international commodities.
Lastly, we have stocks from leading companies. These are some of the most tradeable assets in the markets. You get to own a piece of a company for a limited time by buying and selling shares. Some of the shares to find include leading manufacturing and tech industries.
The platform claims to offer several accolades, which means there’s a chance these are false. We checked with several award ceremonies, and the platform doesn’t pop up. Instead, the platform claims to win awards, including Best Trading Experience 2021.
Other awards listed include Best Forex Broker 2020 and Best Educational Provider 2020. However, these are false awards as the platform uses award logos on its website. In addition, there’s no evidence of the platform accepting or being offered the awards.
You also don’t get the names of the people running the show. The platform is a complete hoax as there’s no mention of the CEO or founding members. And that makes Gladiolu Stox an anonymous forex investment platform.
Despite naming Gladiolu Stox Markets Ltd as the parent company, there’s no registration. Without a valid business registry, we have to assume the platform operates illegally. That’s not the place you want to invest.
The problem with anonymous platforms is that there’s no way of recovering funds. Those who hire recovery agents end up losing more. No recovery agent will freeze bank accounts.
Gladiolu Stox is not licensed and faces a warning from the Italian regulator, CONSOB. There are no legal documents to match the license details posted on the website. It means there’s no legal framework to follow.
You need to check with regulators to confirm a platform’s legitimacy. Check with reputable regulators such as ASIC, BaFIN, CFTC, CNMV, CONSOB, CySEC, and the FCA. These regulators work to ensure there’s a level playing field for all parties.
Your funds are far from safe, with a platform failing to segregate accounts. We believe the owner holds all funds in a single personal account. There’s also an insurance cover for deposits made by clients.
The platform avails bank and wire transfers for depositing funds. Withdrawing funds from the platform is the biggest headache facing investors. Please stay away from such platforms or risk losing everything.
We have to mark Gladiolu Stox as a scam since CONSOB also lists it.
PS: You should join thousands of successful investors using conventional investment methods.
