Options Payday Alerts Review: Is this a Scam?

Options Payday Alerts claims that they are willing to reveal Wall Street’s hidden secrets. They even claim that they possess the top trading strategies which they have used to beat fund managers for 2 years straight. This is an interesting sales pitch and we believe that such a sales pitch can only be found on the website of an experienced sales man as opposed to a trader. tells the community that they have won 130+ trades in a row without losing any single trade. Again this appears to be a big fat lie but if there is some truth to this statement, we would demand to see their actual verified trading performance to believe this sales pitch.

Note: Check out this list of recommended trading alternatives.

After reading the statements in their sales pitch, two things worked in our mind — either this is a scam to make people foolish or they really have got the holy grail of extraordinary trading success as claimed. Options Payday Alerts was founded by Jeff Tompkins of Boise, is known as a market expert with over 20 years of experience trading the markets. He has also successfully completed a trader internship with Morgan Stanley and is currently the President and Chief Investment Strategist at The Trading Profit.

Options Payday Alerts Review

“Trade smart & not hard”. That is the motto of their trade signal service. They don’t send trade alerts every day, it’s once in a week only. They admit that trading once in a week is a conservative trading approach but it helps them to find the best setups — involves better probability of winning the successful trades. Presently, they’ve announced a special offer which is only $49 for a full month subscription.

Weekly trade alerts via email

They send one trade alert suggesting only one trade plan in each week through email. The average holding period of each trade is one to two weeks. Usually, they hold two to three trades at a time.

All follow up trade notifications delivered In real time

The changes in both fundamental and technical issues involving each trade are updated on an immediate basis. It is done to make the clients aware of their positions and progress in the market so far. This is a useful feature provided by Options Payday Alerts but again, we do not want to believe that these guys can win over 130+ trades without incurring a single losing trade. It is just not making sense.

Adjustment instructions & closing orders

Options Payday Alerts monitors the market 24/7 in order to update their clients about any adjustment or trade exit decisions in time.

Options Payday Alerts’ Training strategy e-book

Each registered clients gets a free training e-book about their trading strategies. Therefore, clients will also be able to learn their trading strategies besides enjoying the signal alert service. While this sounds like a useful bonus, the truth is that you will have to ask the hard questions at the end of the day. Before someone can train you their trading strategy, they must prove that they are really good at trading and that’s what we will be looking at later in this review.

Private chat room access on Facebook

Members don’t need to send an email and wait for the replay. Instead, they can connect to the customer care or market experts directly through the private chat room at Facebook.

There are also customer testimonials on Facebook. The vendor provides screenshots of these testimonials, but I can’t find that they exist anywhere, which is an oddity.

Clients safety & security

Besides the privacy guarantee, all the transactions are made through SSL 100% secure connection. There is also a 60-day money back guarantee that means, if you are unsatisfied with their service, you’ll be refunded the subscription fee within 2 months. Our advice is that you should not heavily rely on refunds because these can be misleading at times. When it comes to refunds, some vendors are never willing to return your money. But when advertising their service, they will always tell you that they can refund you if you are not pleased with their service. Definitely this can’t be the only reason why you are going to choose a service like Options Payday Alerts.

No experience needed

They claim that their strategy and alert services can benefit all including beginners to professional traders. Besides, their learning section helps newbie traders to cope with the trading strategy and makes it easier to understand the market updates and how they connect with your binary options brokerages.

Cautions against Options Payday Alerts

Options Payday Alerts doesn’t take the responsibility for client’s losses. Thus, clients bear the full responsibility for their own investment decisions. It is also clearly stated on their website that, their alert service and educational information do NOT assure clients to make money in the financial markets.

It is also worth noting that the vendor does not provide us with live trading results. The trading results provided are not verified, but just screen shots of example trades.

Our best advice for you

The features provided by the Options Payday Alerts are pretty decent considering the market updates, education, safety, security, and the money back guarantees upon clients dissatisfaction. To be able to depend on such a signal service provider who guarantees the 100% client satisfaction can be quite convenient and relaxing for busy traders but again this is not a guarantee that the service will suit your needs. However, it is you who is responsible for your trading decisions and takes the responsibility for any losses made at the end of the day. At the moment, we are still finding it hard to include it in our list of trusted trading solutions.
